The Revenue Operations Manager We Are Looking ForReporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, will be responsible for administration of all market facing activities to drive alignment of our marketing, sales, and customer success operations. This role involves strategic planning, data analysis, team management, and process improvement to drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our revenue-generating activities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Onboarding: Ensure that provider and partner onboarding happens within timeline and quality service levels.
  • Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate staffing forecasts for the RevOps team. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Process Improvement: Design and implement scalable processes that improve efficiency and productivity. Continuously evaluate and refine operational workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and optimize performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with leaders from sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure alignment of goals and strategies. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Technology Management: Drive the utilization and management of CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and other technologies that support revenue operations.
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to teams on best practices for revenue operations. Ensure all team members are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish metrics and dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of revenue operations. Regularly review performance data and adjust strategies as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo).
  • Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
