Overview:

We are seeking a talented Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and implementing various communication strategies to enhance the organization's messaging to the membership.

Responsibilities:

- Draft, edit, and distribute weekly emails, newsletters, and other communication materials
- Communicate with tenured staff to ensure messaging consistency
- Develop and maintain a style guide to ensure brand consistency across all communications
- Collaborate with the department heads to create engaging content for various platforms
- Proofread and edit written materials to ensure accuracy and clarity

-Support club manager and finance manager with general office administration duties

Skills:

- Strong writing skills with the ability to craft compelling content
- Knowledge of journalism principles and practices
- Excellent editing and proofreading abilities
- Proactive nature in working with different department heads and committee members
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
