Brookville Equipment Corporation is Hiring a Material Handler Near Brookville, PA
Job Functions:
- Operate multi-size forklifts; utilize hand trucks, hoists or other handling equipment to move material to and from areas within the manufacturing plant.
- Move materials/products between departments using forklift and/or flatbed and roll-off flatbed trucks.
- Maintain order of scrap yard.
- Load and unload materials.
- Dump garbage and scrap hoppers.
- Monitor level of scrap metal dumpsters and report to supervisor.
- Accept packing slips and metal certifications and distribute accordingly.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year experience as forklift operator.
- Good driving record and CDL B License.
- Develop knowledge of all departments within manufacturing plant.
- Must follow safety protocols and procedures with safety being top priority in all you do.
- Must be able to follow instructions and work well independently.
