The Rayburn Country Association and the Board of Directors is looking for a dynamic individual with at least 2 years of community management experience or the equivalent in a high impact customer engagement or legal office position. The Community Manager will interact with internal and external customers including homeowners, vendors, board members and committee members. Strong management skills, unparalleled customer service skills, and efficient time-management skills are required.
Requirements
o Knowledge of the role of the association board, the Community Association Manager, and how those roles interface with the requests of homeowners.
o Serve as a liaison between Management and the Board of Directors. Facilitate procedures and ensure that policies are carried out.
o Assist Owners with their needs and requests regarding the community in a positive and caring manner, acting as a liaison between Owners and the Board.
o Coordinate, set up for, facilitate, and attend Board meetings, Special meetings and Committee meetings (as needed).
o Process building permit applications and issue permits.
o Maintain files for all correspondence, bids, repair orders, and maintenance records.
o Prepare or oversee the preparation of notices, proxies, ballots, and meeting packets for all meetings of the Association and Board.
o Oversee the accuracy of individual files for each owner.
o Maintain and update the community website and homeowner Caliber portal.
o Manage site inspections and enforce the Deed Restrictions.
o This is a full-time position with time required in the office and in the community.
o Reliable transportation and a valid drivers’ license are required.
o CMCA certification and 2 years of community management experience is preferred.
o Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products including Teams is a plus.
o Experience with Caliber is a plus.

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary. Interactions with owners are opportunities to assist and educate with patience and compassion.
