• Great hours: One of the great things about this job is the awesome schedule – we work Monday through Friday, 7:45a.m. until the day is done; usually between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m.

• No stress: Each day starts and ends at our office. Load up the car and head out. Teams of two typically clean 3-4 homes a day. Then return to the office, unload, clean up and the rest is your time.
• Scheduling: If you need to reliably be off by a certain time, we can work with that.
• No experience necessary: If you've cleaned homes before, we DEFINITELY want to talk to you! But if you haven't, we have an excellent training program.
• We know what we're doing: We've been doing this for nearly 20 years. Our company runs smoothly, so your day will too!

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• A current driver's license with a relatively clean driving record (no SR22).
• Able to pass a background check, drug test (not including marijuana) and have reliable references.
• Be able to lift 30 lbs. and perform physically demanding work.
• Work schedule availability M-F 8am to 5pm. (PT is OK).
• Be a positive person who promotes a productive work environment.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively.
• Be able to work effectively/positively on a team and hold yourself accountable for meeting quality and time goals.
• Pride in quality and desire to help others.

PAY:

• You will start at $16/hr.
• There are 4 certifications. With each one, you earn another $.50/hr.
• Full certification should take no more than 2-3 months.
