Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Car Wash Attendant that is proficient in sales. Our goal is to grow our monthly membership members.

Responsibilities:

- Attract new customers to the wash by holding signage

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Help customers pay and kindly explain the monthly membership program and help them sign up if they agree

- Operate car wash equipment and programs

- Work schedule Friday - Sunday (12pm - 6pm)

- Work hours are flexible, but the goal is to have someone selling memberships at peak car wash times

- Work will be at a different location each day. There are 4 locations you will rotate through (2 in Boise, 1 in Meridian, and 1 in Nampa)

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred

- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Pay:

- Hourly rate is $15 per hour $5 per monthly member you sign up

- Unlimited earning potential, no cap on $5 commissions
