Job Title: Account Manager

Location: Ventling Memorials, Austintown, OH

Ventling Memorials in Austintown is growing, and we’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team. We specialize in creating high-quality headstones, memorials, and monuments. In this role, you’ll meet with our current B2B clients and seek out new accounts to help expand our business. If you have sales experience and live within a twenty-mile radius of our office, we’d love to hear from you.

• Treat monuments, cemeteries, and gravesites with the respect they deserve.
• Have great social skills and be able to communicate clearly.
• Pay attention to detail and follow directions accurately.
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learn about our products and their pricing.
• Meet with current B2B clients to maintain and strengthen relationships.
• Seek out and develop new B2B accounts.
• Keep in touch with clients and maintain good relationships.
• Document your work accurately with the required paperwork.
• Stay on top of client visits and account management.
