We created a position for a newly licensed attorney or for an attorney who is new to personal injury law to gain valuable experience while earning a paycheck. This position is in our litigation department assisting our trial lawyers. You will learn personal injury law and get paid to do it!
Duties and Qualifications:
- We offer a come and go as you please workenvironment_ after 90 days of employment!!! Basically as remote as you want!_
- Licensed in Texas
- Draft and file personal injury cases (mostly car accident)
- Draft and respond to discovery
- Help clients navigate the personal injury process by explaining what is happening with their case
- Respond to motions
- Strong organization skills
- Assist with depositions, mediations and trials
- Open to new and experienced lawyers!!!

Pay: $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
