Bravo-Bonetti Legal, PLLC is Hiring an Associate Lawyer Near Austin, TX

Bravo-Bonetti Legal, PLLC, is looking for an associate to join our dynamic, passionate, and growing bilingual team. Our firm focuses primarily on Latin American political asylum and immigration cases.

The candidate will:

· Represent clients in immigration cases before government agencies and in court proceedings

· Prepare legal documents such as applications, petitions, appeals, motions and waivers

· Research and analyze complex immigration law issues

· Provide legal advice and counsel on all aspects of immigration law

· Communicate with clients regarding their immigration matters

· Monitor changes in immigration law and advise clients accordingly

· Develop strategies to resolve immigration-related problems

· Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations

· Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of immigration law and trends

The candidate must:

· Be licensed in at least one US state

· Be in good standing with the Bar in the state(s) in which they are licensed

· Have experience managing a large case load

· Be able to work independently and meet deadlines

· Demonstrate extensive knowledge of immigration law, statutes, practices, and procedures

· Have a strong background in a full range of immigration categories

· Have a native or near-native fluency in Spanish and English

We are looking for a candidate with:

· Superb writing skills in both English and Spanish

· Excellent computer and technological literacy

· A desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment

· Excitement to be part of a team

· The flexibility and drive to work in a bilingual and multicultural environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
