A well-established and growing property management company is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor for their 300 unit community in Aurora.

Responsibilities:

• Management of 3-4 maintenance technicians
• Prepare or assists in preparing market-ready apartments
• Completes regular community inspections
• Assists property manager with ad-hoc maintenance projects as needed
• Monitor maintenance and up-keep of mechanical equipment including but not limited to water heaters, HVAC units, etc.
• Prepare weekly/monthly status reports
• Scheduling the preparation of all market-ready apartments and completes the final inspection
• Assists in the preparation of annual budgets and monitors expenditures
• Assists in the selection of vendors in regard to value and budget

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years' maintenance management experience in property management with over 300-units
• EPA Universal is required
• Valid driver's license is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team-player with a strong focus on resident and employee relations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.00 - $37.00 per hour
