Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating and machining, possess mechanical knowledge, and be familiar with programming and precision measuring instruments.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC press brake machines to bend, form, or straighten sheet metal
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the appropriate set-up procedures
- Adjust ram and back gauge locations per process control instructions using micrometers, calipers, protractors, and other precision measuring instruments
- Work with various sheet metal materials and tooling to produce parts to specifications
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of products
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Press Brake Operator or similar role
- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC press brake machines
- Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) principles
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools effectively
