Shaner Hotels has an exciting opportunity at our Augusta Fairfield Inn & Suites. This four-story hotel offers 82 rooms and suites, free shuttle service to Augusta Regional Airport at Bush Field and Daniel Field Airport, a well-equipped fitness center and indoor pool with whirlpool.
It's located just off Gordon Highway, close to fun activities like golf at the beautiful Augusta National Golf Club, swimming, tennis, bowling, dining and exquisite shopping at the Augusta Mall, the Historic Downtown district, and the Surrey Center.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
- Handle guest complaints ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintains standards of quality and cleanliness throughout daily assignments.
- Observes all house and safety rules, housekeeping room procedures, and security procedures.
- Cleans and services assigned guest rooms by category priority according to franchise and hotel standards.
- Returns and restocks cart at end of shift.
- Complete additional deep cleaning / seasonal cleaning functions as scheduled.
- Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Clean guest rooms as assigned, ensuring the hotel's established standards of cleanliness. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies and handling guest requests or complaints.
Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year cleaning experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
- Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling.
- Bilingual English / Spanish a plus.
- Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.
