Akkodis is seeking a Packaging Engineer for a client located in Auburn Hills, MI. Candidate must have a background in the Automotive Industry, Packaging Design, and packaging testing.

Pay/Salary Range: $80k - 86k

• The packaging engineer will be responsible for the selection, design, and testing protocols of all packaging related materials – expendable and returnable.

• This role will evaluate current packaging availability and design to create cost improvement strategies for both existing and new packaging materials

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Develop, Design, and Test packaging (all iterations of expendable & returnable) including distribution testing.

• Validate and certify all packaging, where applicable, to DOT & HazMat requirements
