Nason Mechanical Systems is a busy Mechanical Contractor in the commercial plumbing, heating, & cooling industry. We have 90 years in this industry including construction, service, & design build. Our growing company is seeking a prompt, organized, and motivated individual to lead the daily operations of our warehouse.

Principal responsibilities:

• Receive job specific and stock materials daily & use software to maintain accuracy
• Prepare materials and/or tools daily for technicians to be prepared for construction projects, service jobs, and belts and filters for monthly preventive maintenances
• Work with vendors and subcontractors for equipment deliveries, storage, & pick ups
• Maintain shop tools and equipment, including forklift
• Keep warehouse clean and organized
• Maintain fleet by scheduling maintenance and repairs
• Schedule annual inspections of fire extinguishers in building and fleet vehicles
• Maintain inventory for all flammable gasses such as oxygen and acetylene with our vendor in a safety compliant manner.
• Identify areas of improvement & develop workflows using our software and technology that increase efficiency and productivity
• Keep scrap piles cleared and back yard free of debris
• Keep warehouse safe and clean

Work Hours: 6am – 3pm M-F

Requirements:

• Comfortable with embracing new software & creating systems for growth and productivity
• Forklift Certified
• Valid & clean driver's license
• Prompt
• Be a team player with a congenial attitude open to feedback & teamwork.
