**Arya Hospitality is currently searching for an EXPERIENCED and dynamic Hotel General Manager for our franchised limited service hotels between 75-90 rooms.**

As a General Manager, you’ll be responsible for setting our hotel up for long-term success through the execution of effective management strategies that you will be instrumental in developing and executing. You will manage all aspects of the hotel, focusing on driving sales and profitability, guest and associate satisfaction and ensuring that appropriate brand standards are met.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop quick and accurate assessments about the overall “health” of the hotel. Leverage your assessment of the hotel to develop strategies that are focused on optimizing the operation.
• Function as the primary leader of the hotel with responsibility for all aspects of the operation, including guest satisfaction, employee retention, human resources, financial performance and sales and revenue generation.
• Drive the sales culture in the hotel through active involvement in the sales process, including encouraging the leadership team to develop effective revenue management strategies and setting aggressive goals that will drive the property’s financial performance.

Requirements

• Franchise and/or brand experience is preferred
• Ability to read, write and speak English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service results as measured through guest satisfaction scores
• Ability to foster commitment, team spirit and trust
• Must be able to respond to multiple task interruptions in order to provide the best service to our guests
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information
