Digital Content Analyst

Job Summary: 

Rooms To Go is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Content Analyst to join our team. As a Digital Content Analyst, you will assist in analyzing current online marketing performance, studying market trends, and proposing website enhancements based on performance research. 

We are looking for someone who is proficient at analyzing data and sorting relevant information while using excellent creativity and innovation skills. This person will use various content metrics to evaluate readability, purposefulness, expressions, and the content’s impact on the reader. 

Responsibilities: 

• Work very closely with the SEO, UX, Analytics and Creative teams and possess a strong understanding of each. 
• Help to track and analyze content effectiveness and value for an organization, evaluating a variety of metrics to determine the impact of content. 
• Develop your own projects and programs based off analytics and findings. 
• Develop online marketing reports and presentations with detailed analysis and actionable insights/recommendations based on project requirements and KPIs. 
• Prepare weekly and monthly promotional reporting and sales trends for Content team, E-commerce team and others, as requested. 
• Perform other special projects, as needed. 

Required Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree required. Marketing major preferred. 
• 3 years’ relevant work experience. 
• Strong analytical and proofing skills required. 
• Retail and/or eCommerce experience required.
• Google Analytics proficiency preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic. Works well with others. 
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 
• Flexible undertime requirements and changing deadlines. 
• Strong commitment to prioritization of timelines, accuracy, organization, and professionalism. 
• Ability to work independently and accomplish tasks with minimal oversight, but comfortable with ongoing feedback, suggestions, and design challenges. 
• Effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
