Western Star Hospital Authority Inc is an innovative company. We specialize in emergency and non-emergency transports for nursing homes, hospital medical facilities and our Military Veterans.
Dispatchers needed for ambulance service must have at least 2 year of experience in dispatching.
EMTs may apply as well. Duties include scheduling transports and dispatching ambulance calls over a 2-way radio system. Must be able to type at least 40 wpm you will be tested on typing skills. Must be able to schedule appointments and make team decisions on getting vehicles from one location to another without delay. Must have good communication skills.
Shifts available are first, second and third shift. If you are attempting to work on first shift you must have at least 3 years of experience working in a high traffic area. There are eight and ten hour shifts.
