This job is remote/work from home, part-time employee (not contract work), based in the US only, and can be located in the following states:AL, CA, FL, GA, IL, MI, MO, NC, PA, TXSummaryResponsible for developing Résumé products for clients in job search programs. Résumé development will be consistent with IMPACT Group’s quality guidelines, as well as industry and occupational standards. Employee will communicate professionally within the department and with other departments and demonstrate the core company values. If employee does not hold certification, Professional Résumé Writer Certification (CPRW) is required within 18 months of employment, and it is the responsibility of the Résumé Writer to prepare for and pass the test associated with the certification process.
Essential Functions

• Develops traditional résumés and associated job search products using proprietary support materials
• Proofreads own work as well as drafts from other writers, ensuring that résumés are error-free, properly formatted, and rich in content including metrics and keywords
• Completes revisions to previously created résumés, following departmental processes
• Processes résumé requests in the IMPAXIS Delivery Tracking System
• Communicates with coaches as needed to gather additional information, develop strategies for résumé products, and clarify instructions
• Performs other duties as required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications or related field
• Resume writing certification highly regarded
• Paid Resume writing experience required

• Strong written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word
• Technical aptitude to work in proprietary databases and conduct Internet research
• Demonstrated grammatical proficiency
• Attention to detail
• Ability to think creatively
• Willingness to follow and conform to IMPACT Group templates, standards and processes
