Field Construction Supervisor

IET Systems, is a corporation specializing in the design and construction of perimeter security solutions for military bases, port facilities, data centers, prisons, industrial facilities, and other customers that require a crash-rated or high-security Perimeter.

IET Systems is looking for a Field Construction Supervisor to be responsible for the generation and implementation of all construction field policies and procedures, along with the continuous interfacing with sales, accounting, purchasing, and management to achieve company goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Plan and directs tasks necessary for all phases of construction.
• Hands on assisting the team with job tasks.
• Manage 5-20 employees in the field.
• Manages and supervise construction activities in the field.
• Delegating tasks and maintaining work schedule.
• Preparing and presenting important construction data and reports when required.
• Managing the delivery of various equipment and machinery.
• Ensure that the team is meeting all safety standards in accordance with OSHA and state regulations.
• Oversee field operations, production times, and ensure quality controls are being met.
• Responsible for training employees, assigning, and directing work, appraising performance, rewarding and discipling employees, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
• Checking the materials needed for the project and placing orders with the office as necessary.
• Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the team and job project.
• Ensuring project completion as per the assigned timeline and budget.
• Communicate any delays or issues to the Project Manager and Admin.
