Job Overview:

We are seeking a caring and experienced Nanny to provide attentive childcare for our child. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a safe, nurturing environment.

Summary:

Start Date: August 2024

Work Location: Athens, GA

Work Schedule: Part-time, weekdays from 1 PM to 5:30 PM one full weekend per month, the schedule is negotiable

Duration of Work: 1-2 years contract

Compensation: Negotiable, looking for the best offer

Responsibilities: Childcare, cleaning, and cooking skills

Childcare for: One child, a 2-year-old boy

Duties:

- Engage with a child in age-appropriate activities and play
- Provide basic care such as feeding, using potty, and maintaining a clean environment
- Educate child and help with homework
- Prepare meals and snacks for the child, and prepare lunch for family
- Keep kitchen and house clean

- Take care of child if sick with cold

- If child is at daycare full day, clean the house and cook meals

Experience:

- Prior experience in childcare, nannying, or daycare
- Proficiency in infant care, toddler care, and preschool-age activities
- Ability to cook and prepare meals for children
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week

• 8 hour shift

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
• CPR Certification (Preferred)
