Position Summary | The Program Specialist oversees, develops, and directs the youth programming portfolio at the Georgia Center. Programs include a robust portfolio of summer camps and quarterly enrichment programs. The Program Specialist will be responsible for all youth programs' enrollment, budgeting, revenue, expenses and outside funding. This position facilitates programs to meet the highest quality standards and invoke best practices in youth development while maintaining a safe and supportive environment. |

Provide year-round support in conjunction with the youth program coordinator to maintain, manage and support the daily tasks associated with running and managing youth programs. Oversee annual revenue goal budget in excess of $900,000 in support of organizationalmission. |
