Job SummaryWorking with the operations and sales team, this position monitors incoming sales inquiries and works in the process of booking functions within defined parameters.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Responds to inbound sales inquiries (Corporate and Social) utilizing prepared customized responses based on event type.
  • Maintains contact database through CRM (HubSpot)
  • Schedules and conducts site tours for potential business. Ensures all areas are tour ready and tours are communicated properly to the teams involved.
  • Works with contracted groups throughout the detailing process of event.
  • Monitors available dates and follows up on the process of the booking of events.
  • Enters all client information into PMS system, and prepares contracts for review.
  • Ensures that all in house groups are well cared for and all services sold are provided.
  • Assists when needed in setting up, detailing and communicating with vendors and other aspects of events.
  • May assist personnel in setting up a function room to the desired specifications set forth by the sales office.
  • Represents company in a courteous, efficient, and friendly manner in all customer and employee interactions
  • Demonstrates a complete understanding of menu items and explains same to customers accurately
  • Interacts with customers and resolves customer complaints in a friendly and service - oriented manner
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred. In lieu of degree, related work experience in: Business, Sales, Event Coordinating will be considered
  • Experience with or the ability to learn the following platforms: HubSpot, Canva, PMS system.
  • Available for work days, nights, weekends and holidays (when necessary).
