United Home Experts has an exciting appointment setting opportunity to support company growth, customer demand, and expanding territories.

United Home Experts Marketing Team helps families across New England Love Their Home Again by setting appointments for a free estimate with one of our Home Experts.

This position includes base pay plus a bonus structure with potential earnings of up to $65,000 or more a year.

What You’ll Need to Bring:

• At least 2 years of prior appointment setting experience, tele-marketing, call center experience, sales experience a plus!
• Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
• Excellent relationship building and people skills.
• Ambition, with high & outgoing energy
• High energy with a passion for engaging and persuading potential clients.

What Success In This Role Looks Like:

• Meet daily goals and objectives setting upwards of 6 qualified appointments by making upwards of 200 inbound/outbound calls with potential customers
• Create urgency with customers who have requested more information and move them from the investigative phase to committing to an appointment
• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services.
• Successfully leverage our CRM and available tools to track and manage client interactions
• Successfully represent the UHE brand providing a positive experience for all customers and colleagues
