Qualifications

• 2 years of B2B sales experience
• Track record of reaching quota
• High empathy and emotional intelligence
• Excellent writing skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry or with service-based selling is preferred!

• Applicants should be results-oriented professionals who are driven by earning potential.
• Must have an excellent understanding of the process and strategies of selling "high value services" to business executives.
• Ability to understand decision making systems and authorities: budgets, buying cycles, deterrents, and competition.

• Ability to be aggressive, energetic, motivated, focused with an unstoppable motivation to sell.
• Understanding key aspects of business, e.g., business models and competitive positioning; also understand how business works, including role of structure, systems, and processes; can speak in business language when applying professional expertise.
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• As an Account Manager, you will generate new business by owning the full sales cycle from prospect to close.
• You will also be responsible for upselling and nurturing relationships with the clients that you close.
• You will be in a pure sales role, while our world-class recruiters will handle filling the job orders at the accounts that you win and manage.

• Collaborate with the organization to provide a best-in-class customer experience.
• Develop new business by utilizing sales techniques, cold calling, email campaigns, conducting in-person meetings, partnering with Managed Service Providers and other methods.
• Meet or exceed annual sales targets defined by management.
