Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and pulse
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
Skills:
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Ability to provide compassionate and empathetic care
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Ability to monitor and assess patient condition, recognizing changes or concerns
