We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to achieve targets.

Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their needs
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Stay informed about product features and benefits
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals

Qualifications:
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in technology or technical sales preferred
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products
- Proficiency in basic math for processing transactions
- Knowledge of stock management procedures
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience in jewelry sales is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales environment
- Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
