Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess excellent bartending skills. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to customers while providing exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following standard recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Upsell drinks and promote special offers
- Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
Skills:
- Proficiency in bartending techniques and drink preparation
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Knowledge of retail math for accurate billing and handling of payments
- Experience with POS systems for order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a hospitable demeanor
- Familiarity with banquet operations is a plus
