Position Summary
Assist Facilities Manager in daily function of kitchens at the Glen Burnie and Arnold campuses.

Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesDaily duties include, but are not limited to: receiving orders, stocking orders, setting up or breaking down of supplies and materials for credit, contract, and continuing education classes, stocking staple goods, chemical stocking, general cleaning, and ensuring proper rotation of food items.
Required QualificationsKnowledge of food products/inventory. Perishable food receiving. Must be detail-oriented, a self-starter, have a good sense of urgency, and have the ability to move/lift 50#'s of materials. Able to work in cold environments (walk-in refrigerator and walk-in freezer). Able to stand/walk/move for many hours consecutively.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
