Marathon TS is Hiring a Business Analyst Near Arlington, VA
Analyze new features and enhancements, help think through its processes, implementation, and integration with external systems. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution to translate to user stories and ensure thorough testing. Become a Subject Matter Expert on team products.
Basic/Minimum Qualifications
- 1 years of experience as a business, requirements, or system analyst
- 1 years of experience on a software or technology implementation project
- 1 years of experience with Functional Testing and Integration Testing
- 1 years of experience with Agile software development principles
- Bachelor's Degree in a complementary discipline
- Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
- Experience working in fast-paced collaborative environments
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
- 1 year experience in research and analysis
- Experience using JIRA and Confluence
- Willingness to learn, and ability to look ahead/plan around future milestones
