SC&A is seeking a Survey Researcher with a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in survey research and analysis as well as a PhD from an accredited college or university. The candidate will provide survey development, implementation, analysis, reporting and related activities in support of Federal agency programs and initiatives. Duties include providing various approaches and methods, tools, technologies for survey development and implementation options, working with Federal management and staff as well as contract team to support the design and implementation of surveys, and providing explanations of methodologies, results, etc. The candidate may support other duties as assigned and as related to survey activities associated with the program. This position will be essential in tasks related to the National Household Survey.
The position is open as an office-based or telework position. The researcher must be willing to travel a minimum of two weeks at any given time to any duty location within the Program Regions or Headquarters.
