EnCircle helps people with developmental disabilities lead person centered and abundant lives. We have an immediate need for a full-time well-qualified Health Coordinator. The Health Coordinator position is for an LPN to oversee the medical component of group home operations in Arlington, VA. The Health Coordinator performs tasks related to medical appointments, medication management, skilled community assessment visits, and home medical supports.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Current, Valid LPN license
- BLS CPR
- Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance required.
- Satisfactory Driving Record with no negative points balance.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have responsible work ethic and good communication skills.
- Must be compassionate and caring.
- Availability for home visits in community
