Client Account Management: Work closely with commercial clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
Policy Reviews: Conduct regular reviews of client policies to ensure coverage is up to date and meeting their business needs.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, providing ongoing support and excellent service.
Licensing: Possess or willing to acquire Property & Casualty license in Kansas.
Experience: Previous experience in commercial insurance account management or related field is a plus.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex situations, identify solutions, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in policy administration and client management.
