CPC - Colder Products Company is Hiring a Product Manager Near Arden, MN

Are you a growth-oriented, strategic thinker with a passion for bringing complex technology to life in high-growth markets? We are seeking a well-rounded Product Manager with a portfolio-level focus to join our team in shaping the future of fluid couplings for the booming liquid cooling of electronics industry.

In this role, you'll be the bridge between innovative ideas and seamless execution. You will work closely across departments to continuously improve and evolve your assigned product lines, ensuring CPC’s offerings stay ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities:

Product Portfolio Oversight & Development:

  • Conduct market research and analyze voice of customer (VOC) data to identify development and product improvement opportunities.
  • Define new product requirements and specifications, ensuring alignment with market trends and business goals.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to bring new products to fruition on time and within budget.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Support the development team by gathering user feedback, testing prototypes, and managing product documentation.
  • Partner with marketing and communications to create compelling content and literature for new products.
  • Develop and implement sales enablement tools and training to empower our sales force.
  • Foster strong collaboration between sales, marketing, demand planning, engineering, operations, and finance to ensure seamless product execution.
  • Collaborate with, support and guide Operations on quality, cost, product lead-time, stocking, inventory, and supply chain objectives.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven experience related to product management, ideally within the electronics or a related high-tech industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a knack for turning complex technical concepts into clear, actionable plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to build trust and influence across diverse teams.
  • A technical mind with enough comfort level to understand product specifications and collaborate with engineers, but with a primary focus on business and strategic aspects.
  • Business acumen with a strategic understanding of market dynamics and the competitive landscape.
  • Action-oriented with a growth mindset, and a passion for driving results.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of product marketing experience
  • Experience with OEM customers, channel partners/distributors, and contract manufacturers in a B2B.
  • Experience defining and launching new products to market.
  • Creative problem solver.
  • Experience working with an understanding of distribution channel dynamics.
  • Strong business and financial acumen.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.

Travel: Available to travel up to 25% domestic and internationally
