Job Overview:
Hands On Physical Therapy is seeking a new receptionist for a small outpatient physical therapy clinic. We are looking for someone with great organization skills, attention to detail, and a desire to interact with clients/patients as the primary interface for them getting in with their medical provider.
This position’s primary tasks are related to managing the front desk and telephone reception, scheduling, managing doctor referrals, verifying insurance benefits, responding to emails, scanning and placing needed documentation in the EHR, and communicating and working with an outside medical billing department.
