Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Production Manager to oversee our drywall division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating production activities, ensuring quality standards are met, and optimizing production efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production drywall materials, ensuring that all products meet quality standards.
- Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to meet customer demand.
- Manage inventory levels an order material as needed
- Hire, train and supervise production staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulation and company policies
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor production metrics and implement improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Resolve any issues that arise during the production process in a timely manner
Preferred Qualifications:
- Must have license
- Blue Print reading is plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Must pass background check
- Experience in production management, preferably, in drywall industry

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
