Coalesce Marketing and Design seeks an energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented individual to support our growing account services team as an Account Manager. Work with a strategically creative team to help facilitate, plan, and coordinate the execution of traditional and digital deliverables that support clients’ marketing strategies and, ultimately, help achieve business goals.

Position Overview: As an Account Manager at Coalesce Marketing and Design, you will be responsible for orchestrating the successful delivery of our clients’ marketing and design projects. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding their campaigns from conception to completion. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic planning, and client service expertise to ensure that projects meet or exceed expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that align with client goals
• Serve as the lead point of contact for client communications, fostering strong relationships
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing strategies
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide updates on project progress
• Oversee the quality control of all deliverables to ensure they meet Coalesce standards and client expectations
• Contribute to the agency’s growth by identifying new business opportunities and participating in pitch presentations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a marketing agency or similar environment
• Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Familiarity with project management software and CRM systems
