D & D Excavation and Landscape Service,Inc. is Hiring a Building Maintenance Near Appleton, WI
Perform general cleaning and repairing duties of building or properties.
We are looking to fill a janitor/building maintenance position here at D&D!
General duties would include:
- Cleaning throughout the offices, shop. break room, bathrooms, and other areas.
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, wipe down windows, take out the trash, clean out the light fixtures, empty the paper shredding machines, etc in all offices.
- Feed birds, water plants & bushes as needed.
- Ensure the office is stocked with toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and other items as needed.
- Keep vehicles clean inside and out.
- Keep closets organized and stocked.
- Other misc. tasks will be assigned as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Morning shift
