Flex-Staff, Inc. is Hiring a Building maintenance and janitorial Part time Near Appleton, WI
Excellent temp to hire position available on 2nd shift for our Appleton client working in building maintenance and janitorial! Part time
Indoor Responsibilities:
- Cleaning restrooms
- Restocking restrooms with supplies
- Taking out trash
- Changing light bulbs
- Operating automatic sweeper and mopper to clean floors
- Touching up walls with paint
Outdoor responsibilities:
- Lawncare such as mowing lawn and pulling weeds
- Sweeping sidewalks and picking up trash in parking lot
- Snow removal and salting sidewalks
Hours: Minimum of 24hrs a week to 30hrs a week max, between the hours of 1:00pm-9:30pm.
Flexible in working any day of the week except Sundays. Schedule must include every other Saturday to work, 8:00am-6:00pm
Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated
- Possess reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs
