Job Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain an up-to-date and accurate general ledger.
Monitor cash flow.
Issue invoices to and collect payments from customers.
Calculate job costs and track percentage of completion.
Process year end physical inventory and calculate adjustments.
Regular communication with the accounting team:
- Adjusting entries.
- Record fixed assets, loans, and depreciation.
- Submit payroll information for processing.
- Submit information for sales and use tax.
- Monitor inventory levels, trends, and turnover
Assist with HR functions as needed.
Additional projects as needed.
Qualifications:
5 years of bookkeeping experience, manufacturing or construction preferred.
QuickBooks (Enterprise desktop version) expert level.
Microsoft Excel expert level.
General knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices.
Familiar with financial reporting and analysis.
Attention to detail and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Work Site:
On site.
5 days per week.
Office closed Christmas week (fully paid time off).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
