They must possess very strong written skills. May be required to travel internationally on consulting projects What You Will Work On Work with the Operations Manager to coordinate activities between the Operational Support TeamDelivery of support to Crisis24 Management for the provision of Crisis Response and Security Risk Management servicesProviding out of normal working hours on-call support to Crisis Response on a rotational basisWriting, supervising and copy-editing of regular and bespoke analytical reportsResearch appropriate sources and prepare verbal or written briefing material ahead of client engagements or presentationsProvide clients with research and in-depth analytical reports utilising appropriate intelligence verified data and sourcesRepresenting the OST at client meetings and other engagementsDelivering presentations to various business audiencesSupporting the business across a wide range of activities including marketing, travel coordination and administration tasks where necessarySupport Special Risk Response program with administrative services and supportDeploy, sometimes at short notice, internationally in support of Crisis and Security Consulting projects What You Will Bring International Relations (or similar) at a master’s level qualification is preferable3 years relevant industry specific experienceExperience of working in a variety of commercial environments is required to adapt to demonstrate adaptabilityAn adaptable and flexible approach to working is required – the role may involve oversea deployments for extended periods of timePrevious military, security services, commercial/corporate security and/or analytical experienceIntegrity, professionalism and discretion; individuals must be able to handle information and issues of the upmost sensitivityA strong understanding on Security and Risk Management principles based on best practise standardsA very high standard of written EnglishAttention to detail, together with the ability to proofread and provide feedback from the out start of the contractCalm, resourceful and with the ability to make sensible decisions whilst dealing with complex and emotive problemsA personable and engaging individual able to present to a variety of commercial audiencesTime management skills, including the ability to keep to tight deadlinesFirst rate communication skills (written and verbal)A team player who can operate independently when requiredInterested in geopolitical and security issuesIT literateClean driving license Preferable Competencies: Experience traveling around the developing world/difficult region is preferableFlexibility to be deployed abroad for extended periods of timeMaritime experience – a strong understanding of the global maritime security environment would be beneficialExperience of driving abroad is preferablePreferred Spanish speaking
