International Computer Sciences Inc is Hiring an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist Near Annapolis, MD
The individual will be responsible for all aspects of desktop/laptop systems, communications, hardware/software and office systems.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Set-up configure and support PCs/Laptops/networks
- Maintain all systems, applications, security and network configurations
- Be able to run Network cables
- Troubleshoot network performance issues
- Work on upgrades, patches, and equipment
- Provide technical support and guidance to users
- Provide Help Desk Support
- Strong writing skills and communications
- Rely on instructions and per-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
- Must be able to work on escalation tickets and help team members
- Must have at least 3-years hands on experience
- Office 365 experience
- ConnectWise experience is a plus.
