Job Description: Data is the foundation of any successful analytic activity. Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Data Modeler who will be responsible for leading the team’s data modeling efforts in support of mission-critical business processes. We are looking for someone who loves working with data, who enjoys developing an understanding of how data impacts systems and applications. If that sounds like you, we’d love to talk!
Responsibilities include:
- Work with key business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers and data architects to model current and new data
- Develop dimensional and transactional calculated views in SAP HANA
- Evaluate source data systems for variances, anomalies, and efficiency
- Create reusable data models and calculated views that scale across the enterprise
- Optimize logical and metadata models
- Performance tuning of long running queries/procedures
- Collaborate with data owners and data scientists to understand relationships in enterprise source data
- 6 years of experience in data modeling
- 4 years of experience in data engineering and technical data analysis
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or STEM or 4 years of additional database structure and data mining experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required

New York: $108,500 - $214,300
