Skills Must-Haves :

• 2 years of professional work experience
• experience maintaining, monitoring, patching, and re-imaging workstations
• experience assisting both onsite users as well as remote users
• experience planning, integrating and maintaining software and hardware for local or wide area computer networks
• experience troubleshooting hardware / software, network computers and printers, and a variety of supported applications
• experience and understanding of TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, Group Policies, and File Permissions

Nice to Have Skills :
