Lakeview Household Insurance Solutions is Hiring an Insurance Sales Associate Near Anna, TX
This is an entry level role where the primary focus is to increase insurance policy sales with our largest partners. This involves proactively establishing connections with prospective customers, aiming to cultivate qualified opportunities for our experienced insurance agents. Through effective communication and strategic engagement, this position plays a crucial part in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall success of Lakeview Household Insurance Solutions, LLC. This role offers a starting hourly rate of $19.71, plus monthly commission.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers, overcome objections and transfer qualified prospects to licensed sales agents.
- Achieve defined sales targets for calls, transfers, and quality
- Manage client interactions and follow-up within the designated software systems.
- Successfully complete four a week virtual training course
- Obtain Personal Lines Insurance license within 60 days of hire
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers over the phone
- Strong communication, sales, and prospecting skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly, experience with comparative raters is a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented and results-driven with a focus on customer service.
- High School diploma required.
- 1-3 years sales experience
- Call center experience a plus, but not required.
