Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and document patient information accurately
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols
- Assist with sterile processing and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide education to patients and their families on various health topics
- Assist with coordinate follow-up care
Experience:
- Must have a valid LPN license
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred
