Parallel Employment Group is looking for a Bilingual Inventory Coordinator to work for a food warehouse Facility in Angola, NY.
Wage : $17-$18 / Hour Depending on experience
Qualified applicant job duties will include :
Bilingual (English-Spanish)
Meeting supply chain objectives.
Managing inventory and filing systems.
Performing complete inventory checks of all stock and supplies.
Assessing and improving flows of supplies for the company.
Ensuring all documentation related to inventory flows is complete, accurate and filed correctly.
Identifying, analyzing, and addressing gaps in inventory processes.
Reporting to management.
Detailed oriented and well organized and able to manage complex warehouse management system (WMS)
Full time 40 hours Weekly
Requirements
Other important skills and qualification include :
- High school diploma / equivalent, or comparable in training, education, or experience.
- Ability to read, interpret instructions, operations manuals and follow instructions.
- Inventory experience
- Bilingual (English-Spanish)
- Will need exceptional multitask ability
- Interpersonal communications
- Time Management
- Customer Service
- Must have great computer skills
- Needs to have experiences in Microsoft Excel
- 1-3 Years Office Setting Experiences required
- Must be able to speak and write Spanish
- Flexible to work overtime and weekends
