Responsibilities for the Business Analyst include:
- Coordinate requirements gathering, data integration, data management/tool exploitation, and infrastructure gap analysis
- Collaborate with key subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify future needs and ensure requirements are met
- Attend meetings with high-ranking officials, manage multiple projects, and debrief key stakeholders
- Provide recommendations for approaches to resolve gaps and lead the efforts of the migration of data systems to the cloud
- Experience supporting the United States Air Force and/or other DOD agencies as a data or business analyst, project support specialist, or related position
- Ability to multi-task, support multiple projects, and meet difficult requirements
- Experience acting as a leader or project manager in an IT related project, interacting with various clients and officials to gather information and coordinate portfolio manage/system integration efforts
- Must have power user skills in MS Office products and strong communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Must have ACTIVE DOD SECRET CLEARANCE
- Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 **depending on experience**
- Full Standard Benefits: PTO, Paid Holidays, 401k, Cigna Medical, Dental, Vision
