Job Description:
As a talent acquisition specialist at apnTech, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and acquiring top talent to support our company’s growth and success. You will work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract qualified candidates. Here at apnTech, we utilize The Predictive Index, PI assessments that help us as a business and you as a recruiter pinpoint the specific traits and set of skills we look for in our prospective employees. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
· Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements.
· Utilizing The Predictive Index to measure behavioral drives (Dominance, Extraversion, Patience, and Formality) as well as cognitive ability.
· Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent.
· Utilizing various sourcing methods to identify and engage potential candidates.
· Screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and assessing candidate qualifications.
· Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
· Managing the candidate experience from initial contact through to the offer stage.
· Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
· Providing regular updates, analysis, and reports on recruitment activity and progress.
Qualifications:
· 1 to 2 years of Human Resources, Business Administration experience, or related field.
· Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in Sales.
· In- depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
· Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as a part of a team.
· High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
· Must be able to read, write, and speak fluently in English.
