Ellicott Development is Hiring a Hotel Front Desk Agent Near Amherst, NY
Ellicott Hotels is looking for full time Front desk agents with weekend availability to assist guests with their reservations, requests and balance accounts for our Staybridge Suites located at 1290 Sweet Home Rd. Responsibilities include checking in guests, handling their requests and taking reservations. Ultimately, you will provide excellent customer service to guests and keep the front desk and accounting operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Check out or in guests, answer phones and take reservations
- Respond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies
- Assist with breakfast when needed
- Process invoices for guests checking out
Skills
- An eye for detail

- Strong customer service skills
- Availability to work weekends
Looking for full time availability to cover 7am - 3pm or 3-11 pm shifts with weekend availability necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
