Job Description/Summary - 

We are seeking a dedicated and personable Short Term Rental Property Management Assistant to join our team. This role focuses primarily on enhancing hospitality and guest experience for our short-term rental properties. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a keen eye for detail, creative thinking skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities(May Include Assisting in the Following Areas as Needed) -

Guest Experience:

  • Check-in/Check-out: Coordinate and manage the check-in and check-out processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all guests.
  • Guest Communication: Oversee guest communications team and automated messaging
  • Hospitality: Provide personalized recommendations and local information to enhance the guest experience. Ensure guests have all necessary information for a comfortable stay.

Property Management:

  • Maintenance Coordination: Schedule and oversee routine maintenance and urgent repairs, ensuring properties are in excellent condition.
  • Housekeeping Management: Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure timely and thorough cleaning between stays.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and manage supplies (e.g., toiletries, linens) to ensure they are well-stocked and in good condition.

Operational Support:

  • Guest Reviews: Monitor and respond to guest reviews and feedback, using insights to improve service quality.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest communications, maintenance requests, and expenses.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management is preferred

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.

Attributes:

  • High level of attention to detail.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and outside of regular business hours as needed.

Pay & Hours -

  • Hourly Pay, $16/hour - $20/hour depending on experience
  • 25-35 Hours a week
  • Hybrid in office & work from home
